The Winnipeg real estate market continued to show strength in May 2025, with home prices in Winnipeg reaching historic highs for both residential detached homes and condominiums. This was the highest total dollar volume for any May on record, a clear sign that the Winnipeg housing market remains hot.

Detached properties led the way with:

  • Sales: 1,259 (+6%)

  • Average Price: $459,320 – an all-time high

Most activity occurred in the $400K–$499K range, which made up 25% of all detached home sales. Notably, 23 homes sold for over $1 million, with the highest surpassing $3M.
